Yay! I haven't ran since last Monday and tomorrow I get to run again. I am so excited! I have noticed this week that without running I can get really annoyed really quickly. Hopefully this will lessen tomorrow, especially since I have family in town. I feel good about starting again in a way. I need to refocus and figure out what my goals are and what I am willing to do to achieve them. I am remembering slow and steady tomorrow. I also bought a new book by John "The Penguin" Bingham today and am looking forward to reading it. It's called "No need for speed". I feel in a way that I need to embrace my "slowness". My new favorite running quote:
