Possibly losing motivation
Basically that's it. I think this week has just been off for some reason. I ran on my own on Monday night and it was horrible. I was supposed to do some cross training on Tuesday and I was even stuck at home without a car but decided that there were other things more important but now I feel bad because they really weren't. Since "Marathoning for Mortals" stresses keeping the sequence of training even in you miss a day I took yesterday as my normal rest day. Now I haven't worked out in 2 days and feel like a big bump on the couch. I'm torn because I obviously miss exercising but also I haven't really felt like doing it. Blah. That's the only word. I am hoping the run today with the group helps me feel better. I need to remember that even if I am slow I am still out there doing it. I am still doing good for myself. Ok then.....
